The River Schism

A tale of epic proportions, often repeated and discussed in hushed corners of the VC and chat

Overview

River and Jasmine generated endless server drama resulting in many members leaving Comfy Works temporarily. When it was discovered Jasmine was cheating on Jonny, River and Jasmine were banned. The server was somewhat quiet from the fallout with Carrot and Frank being in the UK visiting Jonny for 2 weeks. After the dust settled with many lost members returning, the server experienced an explosion of activity with daily anime or game nights.

Cheating (Emotional & Otherwise)

River at some point began to communicate with Jasmine the exact context is not entirely known. What is known is that she began to develop feelings for him. Jonny, who was in a relationship with her was taking time offline to get his second law degree and was not aware of what was going on. at some point Jonny confronted her and it was revealed she was romantically involved with River despite her consistent lies.

Departure from England

Jonny in his final weeks in the UK was kicked from Jasmines Fathers house after she threw repeated tantrums on the phone. Finally fed up with Jasmine, Jonny Law took everything from Jasmines house that he had paid for. The most significant pieces were the large stash of JellyCats and a graphics card from her gaming PC. Jonny frequently posted feet pics from a hotel until it was time to leave the UK.
